Lisa Greene
Director & Occupational Therapist.
Lisa Greene is an experienced Allied Health Leader, delivering clinical and consultative services nationally from Adelaide, South Australia.
Lisa has extensive clinical experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist, Clinical Leader and Operational Manager. Having been employed across a range of service delivery models including early intervention, community rehabilitation, functional recovery and acute care.
As a clinician, Lisa continues to work extensively with young people and adult participants living with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including psychosocial challenges and mental illness.
With a focus on inclusive functional recovery principles, Lisa delivers high quality assessment, reporting and intervention services and is passionate about working in partnership with participants and their loved ones to achieve outcomes that meet their individual needs and life goals.
Within her leadership roles, Lisa has contributed to a broad range of state based and national initiatives in the implementation, delivery and evaluation of outputs to achieve performance indicators relative to program deliverables. These extend across youth mental health, disability and psychosocial landscapes in the private, NGO and public sectors.
Ryan Kelly has 15 years of working as an Occupational Therapist in South Australia and brings extensive clinical experience working as a senior occupational therapist in a variety of adult community mental health services and youth NGO's.
She has experience in developing psychosocial group programs, community rehabilitation, case management and as a discipline lead. Her most recent experience includes 7 years working in an early psychosis program supporting young people with complex mental health needs.
Ryan is passionate about sensory modulation and aims to support participants to understand their sensory systems to allow for greater participation in meaningful activities.
Ryan has an interest in working with neurodivergent participants and is currently undertaking research in this field. Ryan's approach is to work alongside participants, recognising their expertise in their own life. She has a collaborative approach that is inclusive, functional recovery and goal focused. Ryan provides high quality occupational therapy assessments, reports and intervention services.

Maretha Redelinghuys has joined Inclusive Allied Health as an Allied Health Assistant, working part time to support our Occupational Therapists.
When not working in this role, Maretha is a professional and highly accomplished counsellor who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Maretha works closely with our therapists to implement intervention programs which help clients develop, build, and maintain life skills and strategies to overcome disability related challenges, as well as creating new and exciting opportunities that see participants thrive in their daily lives.
Maretha believes that each person is an agent of change in their own life, with the capacity to lead a fulfilling and inspirational life, recognising that each person faces their own unique difficulties and challenges.
Working with the allied health team, each session with Maretha is tailored to meet the client’s personal individual needs, and her extensive experience as a counsellor means she is highly skilled at being responsive and adaptable.
Maretha looks forward to working as part of your care team to helping you achieve your functional goals and create opportunities for you to reach your maximum potential and self-growth.

With a strong commitment to mental health, Trudie works across the mental health sectors, including forensic mental health, to provide meaningful support to vulnerable individuals. Having a lived experience with trauma and pain, she offers a unique perspective that allows her to connect deeply with individuals empowering them to build confidence and take charge of their lives.
Trudie tailors her approach to each person, delivering meaningful support entirely on their terms. She empowers individuals through confidence building, group activities, community engagement, and developing daily living skills.
Firmly believing in the philosophy, “I am the student you are the teacher,” Trudie values every person’s journey as a guide for growth and positive change.
