Role Opportunities with Inclusive Allied Health.

  • Occupational Therapists.

Our OT’s are passionate about supporting young people and adults with mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders. We work collaboratively with the participant, their families and other relevant stakeholders in the care team to achieve functional gains relevant to the individual’s needs. Our OT’s use a trauma informed framework to inform evidence based assessments and interventions.

    Positive Behaviour Support - Lead.

Our Positive Behaviour Support service is a new offering, aimed at supporting participants, their families and implementing providers as they navigate and respond to behaviours of concern.

This role is responsible for the development of the PBS model of care and is perfect for clinicians looking to extend their leadership skills into service design and implementation.

If you are an allied health clinician with proficient or advanced PBS status, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Positive Behaviour Support - Clinicians.

You may be working as a PBS clinician or an allied health clinician interested in developing your skills in this area.

Together, we will work to provide an efficient and effective service that focuses on building the capacity of systems and supports around the individual to enable early intervention and a reduction in behaviours of concern. You’ll receive supervision, clinical support and reflective practice opportunities.
